SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
COUPLES MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.
Couples massage is a shared experience – a massage for two people, at the same time, in the same private room, but on two separate massage tables and performed by two massage therapists.

CHAIR MASSAGE
Chair massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. A great way to show your employees that they are appreciated!
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body, helping to channel the universal energy to the recipient, letting the energy go where it is needed.

Biofreeze: A gel that offers the benefits of ice without the disadvantages (skin irritation, numbness, temporary pain and immobility).
