Hydration Recipe
Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:

Melon Water
Ingredients:
¼ cantaloupe, cut into chunks (skin removed)
¼ honeydew, cut into chunks (skin removed)
8 leaves mint, muddled
Water
Instructions:
Add cantaloupe, honeydew and mint to a pitcher of water. Chill for 4-6 hours to infuse the flavors.
