It's almost May!

Week of April 28, 2019

What’s Happening: We're looking forward to a couple of events in May:

- The 6th Anniversary Open House Celebration by Union Place Coffee Roasters on Thursday, 5/2 from 6-8pm. Some of their favorite local businesses will be there: Niblack Foods, Dolce Cupcakery, Karma Sauce, Sweet & Cute Sweets, Cheesy Eddie's Bakery and the Eden Cafe. I will be there doing chair massage! Come enjoy some coffee, food & relaxation!

- The 5th annual Churchville Chili Food Truck Rodeo on Thursday, 5/16 from 4:30-9pm. There will be food trucks, raffles, music & vendors. Laura & I will be doing chair massage!

- The 60th annual Williamson Apple Blossom Festival on Saturday, 5/18 from 9am-5pm. Karen will be there with Cheryl from CHERish Massage Therapy, doing chair massage!

Hydration Recipe

Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:

Watermelon Refreshment


3 cups chilled watermelon, cubed

Squeeze of fresh lime juice

1 Sprig of mint

1 cup coconut water

1 cup Ice


Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Preparing For Your Massage Appointment
